Application / Jobs

At the time of application, after hearing, we will conclude a contract regarding the implementation of the acceptance business with this association. After that, we will request a job offer to the local sending organization, select documents for the on-site interview, etc., and then select on-site (corona damage: video call such as zoom).

On-site interview

You will be asked to interview the technical intern trainee candidates directly at the site and select the personnel who are satisfied. If you decide, you will be asked to conclude an acceptance contract (including an employment contract) with the technical intern trainee.
* Currently, if it is difficult to travel overseas due to the corona disaster, we are conducting an interview using a video call such as zoom.

Pre-immigration training in your home country

For the technical intern trainees we accept, we will start Japanese language training at an appropriate local institution. In addition to Japanese, you will study basic knowledge about daily life, lifestyle and culture.

Application for certification to the Organization for Technical Intern Training for Foreigners

We will obtain the application certification from the Organization for Technical Intern Training for Foreigners for the technical intern training plan of the first group supervised technical intern training.

Application to Immigration Bureau, etc.

After receiving the certification of the technical intern training plan from the Organization for Technical Intern Training, we will apply for a certificate of status of residence. After obtaining the certificate, apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy in each country.

Immigration

After obtaining your visa, we will determine your entry date and book your flight. After entering Japan, we will meet you at the airport and accompany you to the facilities and dormitories where the training will be held after entering Japan.

Post-arrival training

For about one month after entering Japan, we will hold a lecture (Japanese language, knowledge about life in Japan in general, information necessary for legal protection of technical intern trainees, knowledge that contributes to the acquisition of skills, etc.). During the course period, the practitioner will provide a "training allowance" as living expenses such as food and accommodation expenses.

Start of technical intern training in the first year (status of residence: "Technical intern training No. 1 b")

　　After completing the one-month course, you will be assigned.
During the period of stay, technical intern trainees are subject to all labor-related laws and regulations, just like Japanese people, under the employment contract relationship with the trainees. We will start the technical intern training according to the technical intern training plan submitted in advance at the time of application.

We will take the skill test (basic level : department / practical skill) around September of the first year of the first issue. Those who fail the exam are allowed to retake the exam only once.

• After passing the exam, we will apply to the Organization for Technical Intern Training for Foreigners to certify the technical intern training plan for the "No. 2 Group Supervised Technical Intern Training" formulated by the practitioner.
• After certification, apply to the Immigration Bureau for permission to change your status of residence to "Technical Intern Training No. 2 (b)". (Application for change of residence card)

Started technical intern training in the second and third years (status of residence: "Technical intern training No. 2 b")

• If you want to do No. 2 for 2 years, you need to apply for renewal of the period of stay (renewal from the 2nd year to the 3rd year) for immigration. (Renewal of residence card)
• You will take a practical test of the skill test (equivalent to Level 3 at any time). (Required) You can also take the Japanese language test at your discretion.
• If you pass the practical skill test of the skill test (equivalent to 3rd grade at any time), you will be able to apply for the 3rd grade.

Started technical intern training in the 4th and 5th years (status of residence: "Technical intern training No. 3 b")

• It is necessary to return to your home country for at least one month when you move to No. 3.
  Under the employment contract relationship with the practitioner, all labor-related laws and regulations will be applied in the same way as Japanese people, and skill proficiency activities will be carried out.
• During the technical intern training period, the Organization for Technical Intern Training may collect reports and conduct fact-finding surveys.
• Around September, the second year of No. 3, we will take a practical test equivalent to Level 2. (Required) You can also take the Japanese language test at your discretion.
